Ages range from 8 to 18 but adults are welcome too and for both boys and girls, men and women.

We meet on Sundays between 10am and 12noon which is ideal for young people who have a busy school schedule or lots of activities during the week but need to burn off some energy at the weekend. And keep them off the game consoles!

All equipment is provided, all you need to do is provide something to drink such as squash or water. Do make sure you have some breakfast or your energy will fade before the end of the session.

The cost is £110 per term(*) for juniors and adults which can vary between 11 and 14 weeks or £10 per single session, which is really good value for a healthy physical and mental exercise and being kept occupied!

Successful relaunch of Bromley Fencing Club

Bromley Fencing Club restarted in January after a short break since October. We have had a strong return of loyal fencers and have had quite a few new joiners getting stuck in.

Also pleasing to see a growing group of adults coming in for lessons from renowned coach Bob Bales.

The Club reopens Sunday 15th April for 12 weeks until July

The Bromley Trophy 2016 won by John Prineous

John, aged 8, who has been fencing just over a year, wins the marvellous Bromley Trophy for 2016.

To win the trophy he had to fence as many other club members as possible over the course of the year and win!

His determination and fearless attacks made him a force to be reckoned with and no one developed a counter to his onslaught.

Congratulations,

John!

Bromley results in Kent U16 Competition

Held at Tonbridge School on Sunday 29th November ’15

Tony Chen took Bronze in U16 Boys foil in a challenging poule of 8. Well Done!

Atlanta Tsiaoukkaas took Bronze in senior ladies foil, relinquishing her cup from last year but, again, against a challenging field, while Maggie Lan came 8th in the U16 Girls Foil keeping off the bottom of her poule in her first competition, always a nerve wracking experience but should go on to better things now, while Alex Harris-Fry was also breaking his maiden competition nerves in the Boys senior foil.

To have four entrants from a relatively small club is a good showing for Bromley Fencing Club.

Sam Xavier takes second bite at Bromley Trophy
